3D Scanning
Using a blue laser 3D scanner, physical parts are captured with enough accuracy to drive CNC machining or 3D printing directly from the scan data. No drawing required.
This capability covers a wide range of work — mechanical components, cast or molded parts, classic car pieces, and anything else that exists only as a physical object with no documentation behind it. If it can be held, it can be scanned.
Scanning services include reverse engineering for part reproduction, dimensional inspection of cast or injection molded components, and CMM probing for critical measurements where scan data alone isn't sufficient.

Using professional 3D scanning and in-house CAD modeling, worn or obsolete parts are digitally reconstructed and reproduced — as a CNC machined part, a turned component, a 3D printed replacement, or full engineering documentation you can take anywhere.
